Robin’s Nest offers the ultimate escapism: one of 6 chic treehouses built around private, secluded lakes on the edge of Lincolnshire’s most attractive Edwardian villages, Woodhall Spa.

The tastefully designed interiors combine rustic and luxury contemporary living, offering a calming, magical self-catering experience. The lakeside location of this exquisite treehouse, with its elevated terrace and outdoor bathtub make this the ultimate indulgent adult short break.

Sleeping a maximum of 2 adults.

You can arrive at your treehouse by a small walk (and even row your own private boat across the lake!) to get to your treehouse. Or you can drive down a woodland track and park next to your treehouse.

Robin’s Nest Treehouse is situated in a sunny location next to Squirrel’s Drey. Facing South/East.

Bedroom with king-size handmade bed, Scandinavian inspired interiors with chic ambient lighting.

Ensuite Shower Room with double stone washbasins, large walk-in drencher shower, WC and heated towel rail. Towels and bathrobes are provided along with complimentary Signature toiletries and spa slippers.

Lounge/Living room with two large picture windows and patio doors onto decking, wood-burning stove, views across the lake. Comfortable Chesterfield armchairs, with beautiful, muted colour scheme with hints of reds and browns reflecting its namesake.

Open-Plan Kitchen with woodland/lake views, roman blinds, kitchen sink, open handcrafted oak shelves, oak worktops, bar stools and table in front of a picture window. Bespoke grey kitchen units, two ring electric hob, electric oven, microwave and built-in fridge freezer. Well equipped with everything you need for a mini, luxury self-catering break.

Outside there is a spacious decking/terrace with a luxury bathtub with funky industrial style taps to soak under the stars. The bath overlooks the peaceful lake and woodlands, just the spot to lie back and enjoy the sounds of water, wildlife and nature. The logs around the bathtub are the ideal place for your drinks and champagne bottles. Chairs are provided on the elevated terrace, giving it a garden feel, with rhododendrons reaching up to the balustrade.

Outside/Garden access to a lake, with your own private rowing boat, and open woodlands all around, with the addition of a fire pit and grill with log seating.  Starter logs provided for outside too. You can also relax in hammocks nestled within the beautiful pine trees below.

The Grounds are shared with the guests of 5 other treehouses.

Access via a staircase onto a wooden decking.

Please Note: Treetop Hideaways is set in a natural established woodland with rustic, woodland walkways and lakes. Walking boots or wellies are a good idea for the winter months! Maybe bring a torch too if you would like to walk in the evenings. Some parts of the woodland have lighting, some parts are left untouched and natural to explore.  Access to all treehouses are via steps (and via boat if you would like to row! – lifejackets are provided) It’s all part of the adventure!

“It doesn’t get much better than this!
Wow!
We woke to the sounds of the birds.
We had breakfast made on the fire pit.
We lounged in the hammocks.
We drank Prosecco in the bath under the stars.
England has never been more beautiful.
A place we will never forget.
Robin’s Nest – you are special.
Thank you x“

“Never felt so at peace. Thankyou for thinking of every tiny touch to make us feel so relaxed and welcome. We’ve walked into the beautiful village of Woodhall Spa, rowed on the lake, toasted marshmallows on the open fire and bathed with nature. A much need rest after one heck of a year. We will be back.”

“So lucky to be the first to stay in the amazing Robin’s Nest. The views, the setting, the treehouse are all amazing. Every little detail has been thought of to make our stay incredible.

Cooked both evening meals outside on the firepit which was one of our favourite spots. Rowed our boat on the lake and enjoyed being up in the trees, closer to nature.

This place really makes you stop, relax and appreciate your surroundings away from everyday life.

It’s been so fab. Thankyou Treetop Hideaways for welcoming us, we will be back!!”
