How do I book?
The easiest and quickest way to book is through this website, using the live availability calendar on this page. Select an underlined arrival date and choose how long you would like to stay, and the price for those dates will be shown.
When can we arrive, and how long is the minimum stay?
Arrivals are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with a minimum stay of two nights. Check in any time after 3pm, or after 4pm at Gate House Lodge, and check out before 10am.
How much deposit do you take?
A 25% deposit secures your booking, and the balance is due three weeks before your arrival date. Stay four nights or more and you receive a 5% discount.
What is included in the price?
All bed linen and towels, bathrobes and slippers, luxury eco toiletries, a welcome hamper of local treats, a starter pack of tea, coffee and sugar, a pint of milk, and a starter pack of logs, kindling and eco firelighters for the log burner and fire pit. Extra logs and kindling can be purchased and delivered to your treehouse.
Which treehouse should we choose?
All seven properties are the same size, with the same layout and facilities. What differs is the aspect and the outlook. Kingfisher's Perch and Owl Box face west for the evening sun and sunsets down the lake. Robin's Nest and Squirrel's Drey face south-east and catch the sunrise. Pheasant's Roost and Cuckoo's Nest have partial sunrise and sunset views. Gate House Lodge is the step-free, dog-friendly option and has a private sauna.
