Gift vouchers start at a value of £100 and can be increased by multiples of £50.
We can send the gift voucher to you via post in a beautiful presentation folder ready to gift. Or a speedy way of an instant email for you to print yourself.
Our gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
We aim to post the gift voucher within one business day via first class Royal Mail.

All stays must be a minimum of 2 nights. All stays must be the same or greater value than the gift voucher. No change can be given.
Gift vouchers can’t be refunded or used to buy another gift voucher. Our regular terms and conditions will apply.

How long is a gift voucher valid for?

How is a gift voucher redeemed?
The recipient will receive their own unique voucher code to use when booking. The value will deducted from the balance of their stay.
Enter your voucher code when prompted during the booking process – on the Stripe payment page – you’ll see a voucher box Not to be mistaken for the discount code box.
All stays must be a minimum of 2 nights.

Can a voucher be put towards any treehouse?
Yes. A voucher can be put towards a stay in any one of our six signature treehouses or Gate House Lodge, subject to availability.
