The two lakes and 17 acres of woodland are busy with wildlife all year. Ducks and geese live on the water, squirrels work through the trees, and there is enough birdlife to make the bird book in each treehouse worth opening. Much of it can be watched from your own terrace without moving.

The lakes and woodland are managed for biodiversity, which is part of why there is so much to see.
